{A Layout} Magical Night

I use supplies from three different kits (Blue Farm Grass , Bessie and Clove)over at Studio Calico for this layout.

This photo was taken on our first night at the South Pacific ocean during our Tahiti trip from last May. 

I just have to say, the experience with Tahiti was just unforgettable and amazing. I can't get enough of it. So I will scrap as many as photos I can from that trip. :)

Miss it everyday after we got back. Hope to visit there soon.

I really love the photos my friend took for me when we went to the Filoli garden two week ago.
It's blooming so beautifully in the garden right now. I truly enjoy this season in the Northern California before it gets too hot. Right now, it's so comfortable. Love it.

For this project, I also put my Metalic Krylon Paint into another good use after I spray onto my dollies. I spray paint on this 12X12 wood paper from the Dear Lizzy daydreamer collection. It turns out awesome.

Whenever I look at my spreads, I am always amazed about how photo heavy I am. lol 

I'd write a lot journalings, but to me photos seem to tell them all.

I do occasionally hide my writing journalings  behind my photos, because some of them are personal note.

Finally get to share my Project life Week 9 spreads. I finished both my Week 9 and 10 last week but didn't get to share. I guess I am more productive than before. HA!

During this week, I catched a severe cold for almost a week. And hubby was so nice to bring me some warm Chinese porridge (My comfort food) and some cold medicine. And after the cold went away, I went to girlfriend's house for a fun night while her husband was away on a business trip. lol  This week is also a last week of February, So I include a print from my Collect app as usual.

Note to myself, this week also rain a lot. I guess the water will bring more flowers.

I just adore this photo and it just have to be in a page.
I used a lot materials from different companies for this page. And it turned out nice. I really enjoy taking our selfie this way. And I remember it's a very beautiful day.

Happy Labor day weekend. As 2013 is close to the end, I've decided to play with different challenges. And I found a perfect one from Jot Magazine. Look at the Mood Board, aren't those colors gorgeous. 

And here is my take on,

 (A Layout) Be the BEST me.
Most of the supplies for this one are from Classy girl kit by  Scraptastic Kit club. Everything in this kit are just amazing.

I also add the wood frame from Freckled Fawn. And the Mint alphabets from Heidi Swapp.

 
Those yummy sequins are from Studio Calico.  The journaling cards behind the wood frame are from Amy Tangerine's Yes, Please collection. This is my entry and TFL.

Had some chance to snap some photos for my niece and the dog in our backyard. Love what I captured for them. Isn't this image super sweet? Love this one so much. I also used many different collections from different companies, such as October Afternoon, Crate Paper, Studio Calico, Fancy Pants and Freckled Fawn. Loving the result here.

I created this layout for a Facebook challenge hosting by my Taiwanese crafty friend. This time we need to create projects with paper flowers.
Wow. Paper flowers? I am not a flowers girl as you can see on many of my projects. I hardly ever used any paper flowers. So I thought this could be a good practice. HA!
Here is my project. I created the background using Peerless water color papers from Studio Calico. And then I also use the water color to color my white paper flowers from Close to my Heart. The rest of the pattern paper and embellishments I used here is a Noel Mignon kit. What a fun combo!

這次參加小孟在FB舉辦的撒花挑戰，剛看到這個主題的時後，不覺得我會參加，畢竟你在我的眾多作品中，很少看到這麼花露露的設計啊！但是我想身為手作人應該時時挑戰自己，讓自己去對抗自己的comfort zone一下，所以硬著頭皮拿出陳年的Close to my Heart 紙花跟Studio Calico 買的水彩紙，趁著空檔時間給這些白色的紙花上了顏色，而且也把水彩上在白色的AC卡紙上面當作背景色.然後剛好上次帶外甥女跟朋友們喝下午茶的照片就派上了用場。 其他的紙張和配件則是使用Noel Mignon的套裝組合。

Happy Saturday.
I've sick for almost a week now. sigh~~This virus is so killing me right now. I have fevers for 3 night straight this week and not to mention about my stuffy nose, headache and non stop coughing. But I am so glad to take  advantage of this free time to scrap more. lol
I found a new challenge site about 2 weeks ago. And I am so excited to play with hem to make more layouts.
