I've been following The Play Date Cafe for a while now. And I finally decide to give their challenge a try. And here is the perfect challenge for me to enter. I just love this color combo. It's definitely one of my favorite. And I am so happy to break through the new collection from Miss Fancy Pants: Down by the shore. And also some from Yes Please and Uncharted waters.
The color scheme in this collection reminds me a lot happy memories from our Caribbean cruise last April. So I created tis layout for the photo I took in Curaçao. Before I printed my photo I added a litttle caption on my photo as a nice title. TFL and hope you like it.
Spring is probably my second most favorite season. My number 1 choice is Autumn. lol Spring has bring so many photo opps around us. I just can't resist to notice the cherry blossom, beautiful roses and even dandelions. Hubby always tease me about loving the weeds that he has to get rid of in the yard. But they are just so lovely, won't you agree? So this photo inspired me to make this layout. And I am loving everything about it.
Hello Saturday. I am here to share a layout that I did with you. I love Amy Tangerine's hand sewing/stitches techniques. So I decide to try it after I got her Embroidery Stencil Kit. And I love the results. Also, her Yes Please collection is also my new favorite. The colors here is so delightful ad it's perfect for spring and summer.
And here are some more close up.And you can see my complete supply list here.
I am a big fan of the random shots. Whenever we spend sometimes in the backyard, setting my timer for my camera is my must do. Love how it captured the randomness of us. Didn't I mention about loving Dear Lizzy Lucky Charm and Maggie Holmes by Crate paper collections enough? lol
Finally get to take some photos for my project life Week 11. I've been sick for 2 weeks and it has been so challenging to blog. But I still manage to get some crafts done though.
During Week 11, I went to Filoli garden with my Zumba peeps. They are who I get see and workout together everyday. I am so glad to be able to do fun stuff with them. And I also went to Scrapbook Expo with my crafty friends. We spent a whole day in the show and we went to dinner together that night. We came home after midnight. It was just so much fun to chat about pretty much anything. lol
In these spreads, I also used some of my favorite buys from the expo, such as Maggie Holmes collection by Crate paper. I just love, love this line.
